- Yes. Zen Sushi & Bar is a conveyor belt (kaiten) sushi restaurant in Barkley Village, Bellingham. Take a seat along the belt and pick up plates as they pass, or order fresh from the kitchen.
- Does Zen Sushi have vegetarian and gluten-free options?
- Yes. Several rolls are marked gluten free on the menu, including the Cucumber Roll, Salmon Roll, Tuna Roll, Philly Roll and Crispy Tofu Roll. Vegetarian choices include the Avocado Roll, Asparagus Roll, Cucumber Roll, Inari Nigiri, Edamame and Vegetable Tempura.
- Does Zen Sushi have a full bar?
- Yes. The bar pours sake, Japanese whisky and craft cocktails, and you can take a seat at the bar any day we are open.
